There are two ways to enter the country – by air or sea. As a guest of The Estate, you have the unique opportunity to arrive at your actual villa by air, land, or sea. The most common way to arrive is by auto and taking the private road to the estate gate. The most popular way to arrive is by water at one of the private waterfront docks. For real adventure seekers, you can arrive by helicopter, but this option takes significant prior planning & permitted approvals and is exclusive to smaller parties.

Allow us to assist in planning your arrival for seamless, and even enjoyable transfers from the Terrance B Lettsome Airport (EIS) of the BVI, or the Cyril E King (STT) airport of St. Thomas in the USVI. If you fly into St. Thomas, we can help arrange for you to be met at the airport and brought to a private vessel that will bring you to the BVI. Along the way you will cruise the world-famous North Shore of St. John Nation Park. Your captain will clear you through customs and immigration upon arrival without having to leave the boat. You can disembark at the government clearance dock and accompanied by one of our staff members, take a short drive up the private road to our estate gate. Or if you like the captain will bring you directly to the private dock of your villa.

If you arrive at the Terrance B Lettsome airport (EIS) of the BVI, we can help arrange an auto transfer to your villa, or again, if you prefer, your party can be met at the airport and board a private vessel and arrive at the estate docks after cruising the Sir Francis Drake Channel.

Finally if you simply prefer independence, we can arrange to have your rental vehicle waiting for you at the airport or ferry terminal. Let us help you decide which options meet the level of your needs and spending desire.
