Steele Point Estate has two private docks. Guests are invited to use both. The Cliff House has exclusive use of one of one of the docks that can dock a 35″. The other dock (the Eastern) is mostly used for Gestalt and Blackbeard’s. Treehouse of course has a helipad but guests are welcome to come via the docking as well.
We price the rental of the entire estate on a case-by-case basis. The cost will vary if there is an event, if only a few of the villas are to be included and if chefs, butlers, boat captains and concierge services are required.
